**What is the opportunity?**
Service NSW for Business in Service NSW is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team for 6 months.
We are a team that supports the businesses of NSW to start, run and grow, and adapt and recover in times of change. We do this by providing businesses with a central place to connect with NSW Government support and services and source the information they need. Our services include in person, over the phone and digital.
**About the role**
You will be establishing a change framework and leading the change management activity and engagement support for a number of exciting transformation programs within the Business Customer Service team. This includes:
- Developing end-to-end change strategy and plans, including impact and change readiness assessments, training needs and deployment plans
- Developing a change framework to engage, lead and mentor change, include the establishment of a network of change champions in line with Service Level Agreements
- Engaging and communicating with stakeholders to build and maintain collaborative networks, through digital channels and face to face, raising the profile of core programs, priorities and strategic direction and supporting the delivery of services
- Driving successful adoption of change
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated working experience in a similar role within a fast paced and complex environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus with the ability to provide support in a professional manner
- An effective communication style including verbal and written skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess potential impacts of change
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools

**Remuneration**
Service NSW Grade 11/12 - package includes base full-time salary range of $145,682 to $175,260 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
