Join Downer, a leading provider of integrated facilities services across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our retail team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where we operate six food outlets and deliver event catering services. We have multiple casual opportunities.

**About the role**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista coffee and cold items
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including dishwashing and surface sanitation
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including correct stock storage and rotation

About you:

- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to support various tasks
- Previous café or food service experience and a Food Handlers Certificate (desirable)
- Barista training is highly regarded

Downer acts as the facility manager at The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH). The RAH is the largest, busiest and most technologically advanced hospital in Australia with 800 single in-patient rooms, including 100 same-day beds and 80,000 same-day and overnight patient admissions per year.
