Overview

Food & Beverage Attendant position at ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget (Ibis Adelaide) in Adelaide, SA. Join a team focused on delivering friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets guests' expectations.
  • Take orders, maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
  • Perform order taking and follow a sequence of service to a 5-star standard.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic tables and service areas during service.
  • Take responsibility for your designated area/section and station.
  • Answer the telephone promptly and promote products with knowledge and upselling.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage server is preferred.
  • Experience in a la carte service, bar, banquets and events is valued but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Hold a valid RSA in South Australia.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
