Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage Attendant

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. This exciting role will see you working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests during breakfast and lunch periods, operating efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate a point of sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently

  2. Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

  4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or related industry

  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point of sale system

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
