**The Role**

Looking for a high-performing individual who has a strong background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the accounts functions and supporting the wider accounts team when needed. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Lead and provide guidance to two junior AR team members
- Recording invoices, adjustment notes and debtor payments.
- Monthly debtors' reconciliation.
- Obtaining, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and statements from approved suppliers and processing payments to suppliers.
- Creating mid-month, ad-hoc and month-end pay runs.
- Respond to supplier enquiries and resolve billing disputes.
- Processing and completing payroll.
- Preparing purchase orders.
- Preparing BAS Statements.
- Capture and record daily banking transactions.
- Ad hoc bookkeeping tasks as required.

**What we are looking for**
- Have 2 or more years of experience in bookkeeping
- Hold relevant bookkeeping qualifications, minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Someone who is keen to learn and able to handle a fluid work environment.
- Someone who has excellent attention to detail
- Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong verbal and problem-solving skills.
- A team player, pitching in to help colleagues in a fast-paced environment
