Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including preparing quarterly management accounts, supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative, maintaining and updating long-range cashflow forecasts, managing relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements, and supporting with planning, analysis and performance reporting projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (qualified or QBE)
  • Strong Excel and (ideally) good Xero knowledge
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset - you'll enjoy solving problems and supporting colleagues
  • Someone who can communicate financial info clearly with non-finance teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine team player
