**About the role**

The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher delivers educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes. We're seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Painting and Decorating students

This role will require regular travel interstate.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will:

- Possess a Certificate III in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification
- Have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
