Founding Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and passionate founding engineer to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our AI-powered product.
The ideal candidate has experience delivering reliable, scalable products with global impact and is curious about cross-platform AI cloud applications. They should be able to set technical direction for product infrastructure, architect and build backend systems, and collaborate with the team to improve product capabilities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, experiment with new tools and techniques, and contribute to the development of a category-leading product. Our goal is to create a product that supports families and allied health professionals without replacing care providers.
About the Role
Set technical direction for product infrastructure and scale the system from day one.
Architect, build, and maintain backend and infrastructure supporting AI-powered development tools.
Collaborate with team to improve capabilities and reliability of backend services and evaluation tools.
Continuously learn and apply AI-native advancements; evaluate emerging techniques.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in AI-related fields.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Experience with containerization using Docker.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Prior experience with AI development tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is a plus. We also value candidates who have experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to open-source projects.
