Software Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered tools. Our mission is to enhance the engineering experience across the organization by leveraging artificial intelligence and reducing developer toil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered tools using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI-powered tools.
  • Partner with engineers, SREs, and platform teams to gather requirements, refine designs, and champion adoption.
  • Instrument components with metrics and logging to monitor performance, usage, and stability at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience building production-grade Python services or AI integrations.
  • Comfortable reading and contributing to C#/.NET Core libraries and CLI tools.
  • Hands-on implementation of multi-agent or search/optimization algorithms, with an ability to balance research requirements and practical constraints (on-device inference, LLM training).
  • Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to automate build, test, and deploy processes.
  • A curious and collaborative spirit, with a willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and dive into legacy code.
