About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team and build next-generation AI-powered applications.

This role would be ideal for individuals who are excited by the intersection of software development and applied AI, with a strong passion for building AI-enhanced user experiences.

  • Develop Intelligent Systems:
    • Design and implement AI agents and extend existing agents with new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
    • Closely collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Contribute to open-source initiatives:
    • Expand internal agent frameworks, contribute to open-source SDKs and shape the future of AI agent interfaces and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and improve:
    • Evaluate AI's performance using evaluations and tests to then iterate on prompts, agent tools, and agents orchestration to improve output quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for experienced full-stack software developers who have developed practical and production-ready AI applications or features that utilize Gen AI/LLMs/RAG. You should have strong programming skills in Python and Typescript, including experience using AI-assisted coding tools.

Deep understanding of foundational models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques is a must. Prior start-up or tech company experience is a plus—especially where you've worn multiple hats or shaped early products.
