Tradewind Australia on the lookout for warm, committed, and enthusiastic Educators to join our casual team - with the option to also step into Outside School Hours (OSH) roles if you're keen to broaden your experience.Why you'll love working with us: Choose when and where you work - true flexibilityGet experience across a range of beautiful early learning servicesOption to take on OSH shifts for variety and extra hoursOngoing support from a friendly, knowledgeable teamWeekly pay + easy-to-use app for managing your shifts Whether you're looking to work a few days a week or to pack out your calendar, we'll work with you to match shifts to your availability and preferences.What we're looking for:Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA recognised Qualification for Early Years)A genuine love for working with children and ability to prioritise child safety at all timesCurrent WWC + First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willing to obtain)Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain)Previous experience in a childcare setting is essentialFlexibility and a proactive, positive attitudeKey duties:Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activitiesImplement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning FrameworkFoster positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesEnsure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, at all timesMaintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkersDesired Skills & Experience: Passionate about early childhood education and careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA consistent willingness to get stuck in and show initiativeAbility to work effectively as part of any teamStrong understanding of EYLF, VEDYLF and Child Safety StandardsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a casual capacityCommitment to ongoing professional developmentWhy work with Tradewind?
