Bloom Early Learning is seeking passionate and flexible Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team across our beautiful centres in Glen Iris and East Malvern. **About the Role**

As a Casual Educator, you'll work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You'll be adaptable and confident stepping into any room to support the team where needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of play-based learning programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Work collaboratively as part of a team across multiple age groups

**What We're Looking For**

**Required**:

- A valid Employment Working with Children Check
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to complete)
- Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety, and Allergy Management training (or willingness to complete)
