**The role**
In this newly created position in Melbourne, lead the strategy behind UniSuper's investment menu and directly impact how Australians build their retirement wealth. You'll drive a contemporary and considered investment offer while working alongside industry experts in our Investment and Product teams. With two direct reports, you'll build and lead a team that shapes how our members invest their future. You will also
- Manage our periodic investment menu review process
- Bring the voice of our members and their financial advisers to investment decisions through research and analysis
- Lead relationships with industry research houses
- Drive competitor analysis and market intelligence
- Develop strategic research papers on investment and superannuation trends and opportunitiesGuide your team in producing high-quality analysis and market reports
**About you**
You're an investment product specialist who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking. With a collaborative approach to leadership your refined stakeholder management skills combined with the following will set you up for success
- Proven investment product experience
- Understanding of modern financial advice businesses
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, actuarial science, mathematics, business, or lawFIAA or CFA designations would be highly regarded
