**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Analyst to join our growing team. As an Inventory Analyst at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will be responsible for the effective management of our inventory and warehouse operations. Your role will involve working with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, and streamlining processes.

**Requirements**:
**As our Inventory Analyst, you will have the following key responsibilities**:

- Drive inventory management best practices, including overseeing stock levels, conducting regular stocktake and cycle-counts, and ensuring the validity and integrity of inventory records and asset management systems.
- Effectively manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including communication with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Work with external suppliers and CT's finance team to reconcile invoices and manage the accounts payable process, including entering supplier invoices and credits into our accounting software, Quickbooks Online.
- Partner with the Operations team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and profitability of CT's operations.
- Produce regular reports for senior management, analysing inventory trends and making recommendations to optimise inventory levels and stock turnover.

- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Highly motivated with a desire to grow and develop within the role
- A "can-do" attitude that's focused on delivering results

The role is based at our Head Office in Coburg, VIC, and is a full-time position. This hybrid position offers you the best of both worlds, allowing you to work remotely for up to 2 days a week while spending 3 days in our dynamic, collaborative office environment.

All team members are required to have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be entitled to work in Australia.
