**Description**:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a confident Credit Controller to join our team.

Reporting to the Australian Domestic Finance Manger, you will be responsible for managing a high volume AR Team and overseeing all Accounts Receivable processes and procedures. A large part of this role involves managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Monitoring of all debtors accounts to ensure accuracy of ledger and reduction in debtors DSO
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
- Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating payment plans
- Identifying and preventing potentially problematic accounts
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met
- Maintaining a record of all communication with customers
- Manage any instruction to collection agencies
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies
- Reporting - both scheduled and adhoc

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:

- Accounting diploma or equivalent
- Five years' experience working within an accounts receivable and credit control environment
- Good team management and leadership skills
- Sound decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound computer and analytical skills
- Competency with large ERP systems
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and meet deadlines
- Ability and confidence to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
