Our national installation and retail services workforce is backed by a dynamic corporate team based at our Head Office in Melbourne. To support our continued success, we're seeking an experienced **Recruitment Officer / Workforce Planner** to assist with the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and rostering for our national workforce.

**About the Role**

As a key member of the **People and Culture team**, you'll work closely with State Installation Managers and Project Managers to identify workforce needs and manage recruitment across Credo's installation, retail, administrative, and management teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume casual roles
- Partnering with internal teams to forecast staffing needs
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
- Daily workforce scheduling based on project requirements
- Organising travel and logistics for the mobile workforce
- Ensuring phones are monitored or correctly diverted during business hours
- Maintaining accurate employee records and data entry
- Supporting ongoing workforce planning and resourcing needs

This role would suit a skilled labour hire recruiter or high-volume recruitment consultant seeking a new challenge in an internal setting.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Background in casual or high-volume recruitment (essential)
- Experience in trades, retail, or labour hire recruitment (highly regarded)
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively alongside a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with workforce scheduling and rostering systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Humanforce or Time Target (desirable)

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
