Design Engineer for Urban Development Projects
We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team in designing innovative solutions for urban development projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating sustainable and efficient designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project designs and drafts for civil and urban development projects. You will work closely with our experienced engineers and project managers to ensure all designs are checked and approved before submission to authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed designs and drafts for urban development projects
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure designs are accurate and compliant with relevant standards
Liaise with authorities to gain approvals efficiently and timely
Conduct site inspections to ensure site conditions are considered in the design process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, recognised by Engineers Australia as eligible for membership as a professional engineer
Proficiency in 12D Design Software and AutoCAD drafting software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
