The Performance Manager is responsible for developing digital media strategies and campaigns with the client encompassing all Performance media channels measurable back to business outcomes. Working across programmatic, paid search / social and relevant digital channels.
This role is part of the core client team, working alongside the account leads to oversee the delivery of an omni-channel product to the client, with all team members responsible for delivering against aligned business outcomes.
Within this role, you will be expected to have a strong knowledge of digital media and related digital channels, with the ability to debate and improve strategic approaches and execution opportunities. This will be supported by a detailed understanding of digital marketing technology including ad-servers, GA4, SEO, SEM, Meta and GTM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay up to date in digital trends and updates from Facebook and Google
- Build Facebook, Search and programmatic campaigns
- Work with account leads to deliver campaigns
- Manage the process and ways of working with client and agency partners
- Deliver best in class service that builds brands business
- Be aware of issues facing client's business and adopt pro-active strategies to address them
- Surprise and delight clients via pro-activity
- Understand and drive the commercial arrangements with all your clients
- Ensure account queries are rare and that any are resolved quickly and with supporting documentation
- Be responsible for training new team members
