**People & Performance Manager**:

As a results-driven, values-led People & Performance leader, you excel at navigating challenges and building high-performing teams. You'll lead—Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and HR Solutions Centre—to drive success, transform culture, and ensure accountability. In this role, you'll set the direction for people & performance services, guiding your team to deliver impactful solutions while building strong partnerships across the business and with key external stakeholders. You'll report to the Head of Function, supported by four Team Leaders and working alongside peers in Organisational Capability, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition.

**Your Role in Action**
- Lead a large multidisciplined HR team, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for results.
- Drive the delivery of strategic HR initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Lead HR partnering efforts across Western Power to ensure efficient and effective HR services in business areas.
- Manage complex employee relations, performance management, and organisational change to support business outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions that improve HR operations and employee experience.
- Lead HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration across various functions.
- Guide and mentor HR professionals, fostering their development and ensuring the team's high performance.
- Lead enterprise agreement negotiations with unions, balancing business objectives with employee and union considerations.
