**Position**: Natural Areas Team Member
**Location**: Mid Brisbane

**Hours**: Monday to Friday + overtime if required
**Start**: Immediate

**Primary Responsibilities**:
***MAIN TASKS**
- Weed identification and weed control.
- Daily productivity.
- Operate and maintain various horticultural machinery in a safe and professional manner.
- Handling of herbicide and pesticide products.
- Accountable for carrying out duties, having regard for the safety of self, colleagues and the general public along with the safe and appropriate use of all relevant plant and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of completed jobs.
- Fit in with other crews to be as productive as possible.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Actively participate in the development of a culture, based around values of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
- Support a "one company" approach.

**Skills, Attributes and Education**:

- General Safety Induction (white card equivalent).
- Manual driver's license
- Current licenses and certificates required for all vehicles, plant, equipment and chemical use
- Horticultural Experience essential
- Certificate I in Eco and Conservation Land Management or similar qualification an advantage
- Ability to map read to scope job parameters and boundaries etc.
- Ability to interact with clients and industry contacts
- Safety awareness.
- Communications skills.
