**The Assistant Information Officer key responsibilities are:
Assist in the processes of ordering, retrieval/return and new lodgements of physical/hardcopy files.
Undertaking recordkeeping systems-related tasks including searching, data entry and troubleshooting.
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Records Management team as required.
Manage own workload by negotiating priorities for work completion in consideration of the needs of team members and the wider business unit.
