**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu Forklifts based in Prestons Sydney is seeking an experience Administration Trainee to join our team. The Administration Trainee will work directly with the Service Supervisor to meet the requirements of Customer and Business support.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage incoming phone calls
- Assist the Service Supervisor in allocating work to our team of 20 service technicians
- Liaise with Spare Parts Department regarding supply of spare parts for repair and service work
- Assist with the completion of work orders after entry into the Pronto system.
- Assist with the coordinator of all overtime worked by field service
- Assist with the coordination of the maintenance and servicing of field service vans
- Liaise with the Service Supervisor to control production schedule (field)
- Compile weekly and monthly service reports and assist the branch manager with service administration
