Seeking a trainee to join our team and provide onsite technical support. As an IT trainee, your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch technical assistance to clients across various settings.

The role involves daily travel, requiring a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. You will engage with different people, environments, and challenges on a weekly basis, ensuring that you are adaptable and skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, etc.
  • Addressing and resolving arising issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with vendors/suppliers to report faults and organize repairs and replacements
  • Engaging with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Keeping track of equipment/asset management
  • Performing hardware and software upgrades
  • Creating and maintaining logs of ongoing and completed tasks
