Infrastructure Specialist Trainee

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist Trainee. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the design, installation, and maintenance of large-scale data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot basic level operating system and configuration problems
  • Perform equipment replacements and maintain high system reliability by prioritizing trouble ticket resolution
  • Adhere to DC operations, Logistics, Security, and Safety guidelines and processes

This is a 12-month contract position with opportunities to transition into full-time roles within the organization after completion.

We're looking for candidates who possess a strong foundation in Linux, Networking, and Server Administration, with a passion for IT infrastructure and hardware.

As a trainee, you'll receive comprehensive coaching and regular assessments to help develop your skills.
