About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Costing Clerk to join our busy PreDelivery team. This position will report to the PreDelivery Manager and be responsible for providing sound costing administration support to the PreDelivery Department.
Key Elements of the Role
- Compile cost reports, calculating individual costs and estimating future costs
- Review and report on daily work-in-progress to ensure that the business plan targets are achieved
- Fully pre-cost all repair orders giving priority to wait and early jobs
- Produce accurate invoices in a timely manner ensuring clear explanation of works completed
- Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle and billing details
- Detail recommendations for further repair works and/or wear reports
- Prepare daily reports showing departmental total costs and margins

Skills & Experience
- Exceptional computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills essential
- Invoicing and administration experience beneficial
- Attention to detail and sound organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous dealership experience an advantage but not essential
