As a Compliance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills, providing support and guidance to our regional team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards in staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation. In collaboration with the People and Culture team, you'll implement stringent quality control measures, ensuring high standards of staffing and service delivery across the Eastern region.
