**The role**:

- **Communications**:Coordinate staff communications to make sure our systems function smoothly
- **Operations**:Key in-charge of the centre - organising class materials, administration work, scheduling and maintaining cleanliness of centre.
- Liaise and coordinate with external partners, contractors and suppliers
- Opening and/or closing of centre

The role is expected to be 10 - 16 hours per week (or more with other relevant skills).

The role requires having availability on weekdays and/or Saturday.

**About You**:

- You have experience in a Customer Service/Administration related role
- Preferably with knowledge of the education industry, but not essential
- You are a people person who loves helping and supporting others
- You are mature, have lots of initiative, and fine attention to detail
- You are comfortable with technology and open to learning new platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
