Job Title: Centre Administrator

As a Centre Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Performing key business administration tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with families
Key Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating events and activities that promote community engagement and partnerships
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the Centre Director and other team members
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
