**About the Role**

Reporting directly to our Manufacturing Manager, we are on the hunt for an exceptional Production Manager at our Moorooka facility. If you're a goal-driven, self-motivated, and creative problem solver who strives for excellence, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Motivate and empower the team to deliver quality and effective outcomes
- Model behaviours and leadership strategies to drive a collaborative and results driven culture
- Demonstrate outstanding achievements in driving operation efficiencies and change management initiatives
- Manage financial cost controls within your department
- Manage projects to time and cost budgets
- Develop and maintain high performing teams
- Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring that we constantly strive to achieve our safety and environmental goals.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Great communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all parts of the business.
- Building and developing strong workplace cultures
- 7+ years of relevant FMCG / food / beverage manufacturing or similar experience in a leadership role.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and staff costs
- Effective coaching, presentation and team building skills
