Working within the Employee Experience, IT Operations Team the** EUC** **Product Owner **will act as the SME and senior escalation point on Unified Communications, Messaging and Printing, You will review, manage and support outsource service provider performance in Printing services technologies, Messaging & Collaboration technologies and other field services.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Technical IT qualifications or equivalent experience
- ITIL training/certification preferred, some understanding of ITIL and ITIL terminology is required
- Level 2 / 3 experience and ability to support high level incident management
- Experience in Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, meeting room technologies and Mobile Device Management.
- Experience in Printing services in a distributed corporate environment.
- Experience in Windows 10
- Current experience with IT support and IT support process improvement in an IT Operations environment with 5000+ users
- IT hardware support experience
- Desktop SOE support experience
- Aviation experience will be highly regarded
- Proven experience of working with or within 3rd party vendors/solution partners
- Experience working with overseas business partners
- Proven ability to drive initiatives or crisis situations through to completion with a strong commitment to the meeting of budget, timeframe and quality requirements
- Highly Customer & Service focused
- Good communication skills - to both technical and non-technical team audiences, including senior management
