Service Excellence and Customer Focus - A Unique Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the EUC Product Owner, responsible for driving service excellence and customer satisfaction in the area of Unified Communications, Messaging and Printing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing and supporting outsource service providers, as well as a deep understanding of ITIL principles and terminology. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of this role include reviewing and managing performance of outsource service providers, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing change initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
