About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of land-based slot gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging slot games for a global audience, leveraging mathematical skills to drive strategic and analytical aspects of game design.
Collaborate with a talented team of designers and developers to innovate new game concepts, ensuring high performance and player engagement in all game designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into game development, driving growth and innovation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
Participate in testing and quality assurance to maintain game integrity, ensuring the highest level of quality in all game releases.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Mathematics or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in game design, specifically with land-based slot platforms. They will possess a proven track record in designing successful games, strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and be a committed, innovative, and team-oriented individual.
