ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a global leader is cross-platform gaming, delivering leading online and land-based gaming solutions to an international player base. Having experienced record growth in recent years they are now positioned as one of the industry's best known and most loved brands. In line with this growth, they are seeking to expand their Sydney based design team with the addition of an experienced Game Design Mathematician who can contribute to a market-leading portfolio of land-based slot games.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Game Design Mathematician – Slots role allows individuals with a deep understanding of mathematical models and gaming focused probability to contribute toward innovative new game/feature concepts within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will work alongside a talented team of mathematicians, artists, engineers and producers to bring new ideas to life and delight a loyal and substantial customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build detailed mathematical models which replicate player behaviours
  • Contribute toward new and innovative gaming concepts
  • Assist the artistic and engineering teams to develop exciting features which support gaming features and concepts
  • Form a deep understanding of player habits and appetites within respective international markets
  • Oversee the production of customer-ready games and solutions based on your initial concept and mathematical modelling
  • Support the continued growth and success of a rapidly growing international businessslot

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking individuals with a true passion for slot gaming and directly relevant industry experience. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of the creation and implementation of varied mathematical models which support exciting game titles and features. The ideal candidate will have experienced in collaborating within large teams in fast-paced environments with a particular eye for detail and quality.
