Casual Services Attendants are predominantly allocated shifts to assist during peak periods, but are also engaged with to cover any shift shortages from time to time.
Casual Services Attendants are required to be multi-skilled and work in various departments mentioned that are predominantly customer service focused. Casual Service Attendants' will need to have excellent customer service skills, excellent presentation, provide accurate and current information and work well with others.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated integrity, honesty, flexibility, good energy levels and have the ability to deal with fast paced and high pressure situations with ease.
**Key Responsibilities -**
- Welcoming and greeting customers, assisting patrons with enquiries
- Complete all customer service with high standards
- Point of Sale processing, including register operation, receiving and processing cash and credit card payments
- Concierge duties, such as: Greeting Guests, assisting with Zebra Crossings, Coordinating Traffic and Liaising with Senior Management regarding any incoming and outgoing traffic
- Assist during peak periods within other departments (Retail/F&B)
- Accurately give change and receipts and process any eftpos payments/visa payments when applicable
- Maintain sound Numeracy skills with regard to counting cash, sorting change and balancing registers at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Undertake Stock Counts and monthly audits
- Report discrepancies to the Department Supervisor or Point of Contact
- Assist with Crowd Control and customer movements during daily shows and Event Days
- Working within department procedures
- Assist the Supervisor with completing additional tasks as required
- Assisting within the Retail department wherever required, putting away stock, assisting stock counts, serving customers
- Assisting in the Warehouse, packing orders and other tasks as required

**Essential Criteria -**
- Current First Aid qualification
- Hold current Driver's Licence
- Full availability, including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods
- Great Customer Service
- Proof of Coronavirus Vaccination (unless otherwise exempt)

**Preferred Criteria -**
- Any other relevant Certificates or Qualifications
- Current Advanced 1st Aid Qualifications
- Manual driver's licence
- Education history
- Employment history
- References
- Any qualifications you may have eg First Aid
