Overview Kanda are looking for passionate team members to support families to thrive.
In this role you will: Responsibilities Work with families in their homes and communities Provide intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes Work alongside Child Safety and other government and community stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support Complete documentation and case notes in line with legislative and organisational requirements Experience with frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage is desired, but not required.
