This is an exciting opportunity to work for Diversity Council Australia (DCA), the peak body leading D&I in Australian workplaces.

**About the role**

We are looking for a
**Communications Advisor** to join us in either a full time, part time or job share role. Must be able to work Thursday and Friday.

Location is preferably Sydney however open to Melbourne. Work in a supportive hybrid working environment with access to a vibrant CBD co-working space in Sydney and Melbourne.

You will be part of the
**Communications and Advocacy team**, responsible for:

- Writing copy for a range of audiences and different channels that communicate diversity and inclusion at work in a clear and compelling way
- Providing communications advice and support for a range of projects and initiatives
- Reporting on analytics for website, social media and eComms
- Maintaining existing web pages and developing new pages using WordPress.
- Providing social media support on Thursdays and Fridays
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in marketing or communications
- The ability to quickly write copy that communicates complex issues in a clear and succinct way
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in reporting on data and analytics to understand the best way to deliver engaging content for a range of channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe design tools and website CMS
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.

Knowledge of diversity and inclusion in a workplace context will be highly regarded. As will an ability to create and edit short videos.
