What's the role?

You'll be the go-to person helping bring Westpac's community partnerships and volunteering programs to life. From coordinating projects to supporting impact reporting, you'll keep things running smoothly and ensure our efforts are meaningful and well-documented.

It's a part-time role (3 days per week) based in Sydney or Melbourne offices, with flexible work options and variety day to day.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate community projects and volunteering initiatives to keep them on track
  • Support impact reporting and documentation of programs
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage project tasks
  • Assist with process improvements and efficiencies in program delivery
Qualifications
  • Solid coordination skills and a track record of keeping projects on schedule
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (bonus if you're curious about AI)
  • A knack for building relationships and clear communication
  • Comfortable juggling inboxes, calendars, and community queries
  • Proactive mindset to find ways to improve processes
