Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to perform in the role of Project Officer (Modern Slavery & Procurement). This role is for a period of 11-months, 38 hours per week.

The Project Officer plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. This role supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
- Demonstrated experience working in project management, and demonstrated understanding of project methodologies, processes and procedures.
- Researching, drafting, writing and/or editorial experience, preferably across different professional contexts.
- Experience working on issues related to modern slavery or to sustainability, human rights and/or vulnerable populations, procurement and/or business and human rights preferable.
- A bachelor's degree in a related area.
- 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
