**About the role**:
Reporting to the Night Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the availability of products in the Grocery, Dairy, Online, Merchandise and Apparel departments. As an Inventory Specialist you'll coach, lead and inspire team members to ensure they use best practices for stock and inventory during night process.

**About you and your skills**:

- Previous experience as a Department Manager or Dry Goods Manager within Grocery/Dairy
- Direct/indirect leadership experience, as you'll need to coach and develop others on best practices
- Ability to plan and execute inventory processes to improve availability for customers.
- Commercially savvy with an awareness of easy ordering process impacts sales and results
- Previous experience implementing processes for promotional end planning
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
