Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Specialist to join our inventory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, maximizing availability and efficiency, and driving process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to learn new operating systems and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Set up production lines for smooth stock flow and availability.
  • Perform regular inventory counts to drive accuracy and inform procurement decisions.
  • Manage stock receiving to maximize availability and efficiency.
  • Assist with stock investigations and audits.

Requirements

  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Ability to learn new operating systems.
  • Willingness to take on multiple inventory responsibilities and stock management.
  • Maintain accurate databases where necessary.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in inventory and warehousing operations.
  • Familiarity with chep and SAP systems.
