**The Role**:
As the Cyber Security Trainer working 2 days/week, you will be responsible for raising the general awareness of Cyber Security within the organisation. As such you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
- Collaborating with the broader Cyber Security team to develop strategies and communication plans that promote user adoption of Cyber awareness.
- Provide ongoing support to users post-training, offering coaching assistance to address any issues or concerns related to the new technology.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and instructional materials to support ongoing learning.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies around Cyber Security, to keep the user base updated re ongoing threats and industry best practice.
- Ensure that LinkedIn Training and the client's internal training systems are utilised.

**You will bring to the role**:

- Desire to work 2 days/week - flexibility re WFH, though there will be some onsite training involved.
- Previous experience as an IT Trainer along with an understanding of Cyber Security.
- Experience in delivering both face/face and remote online courses
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization, along with any follow up training.
