As a Cyber Security Awareness Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting user adoption of best practices and cyber security principles across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging training programs that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience as an IT Trainer with a solid understanding of cyber security principles. They should be able to conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization, along with any follow-up training requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitating workshops, seminars, and online sessions for employees at all levels
  • Collaborating with the Cyber Security team to develop strategies and communication plans that promote user adoption of cyber awareness
  • Providing ongoing support to users post-training, offering coaching assistance to address any issues or concerns related to new technology
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and instructional materials to support ongoing learning
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies around cyber security to keep the user base informed about ongoing threats and industry best practice

Requirements for this position include:

  • Desire to work 2 days a week, with flexibility regarding working from home (though some onsite training may be required)
  • Previous experience as an IT Trainer with an understanding of cyber security principles
  • Experience in delivering both face-to-face and remote online courses
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization, along with any follow-up training
