The
**Fleet Customer Experience Manager** will be responsible for providing end to end service support and account management to major VTC national fleets, working closely with VTC dealerships nationally. This position reports to the National Customer Excellence Manager and will bring together the concepts of technology and a customer centric approach to drive customer uptime and customer service.

**Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Act as the customer single point liaison for the Velocity service experience, navigating the processes, tools and people needed to support the customer and quickly resolve their needs
- Provide accurate, on time service support and reporting on customers vehicles and fleets
- Maintain customer information in Velocity's DMS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Effectively communicate with dealership service team members, customers and other stakeholders to provide clear and consistent updates on the progress on vehicles and solutions
- Provide breakdown assistance - collaborate with other dealers on behalf of customers to quickly move their trucks through repair and ensure communication of status is in place
- Participate in co-creation events with OEM to improve customer experience

**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience working in service department in a customer service position
- A strong customer focus
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of MS PowerPoint and Excel to run data analysis
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities, whilst remaining organised

This position can be based at Darra - Brisbane, Milperra - New South Wales or Laverton, Dandenong or Somerton in Melbourne. Regular intra and interstate travel will be required as part of the position.
