Our Real Estate practice acts for major developers, investment funds, fund managers, Airports and Hotel owners on all aspects of property work. This includes acquisitions and disposals, development "from concept to completion", project management, subdivisions, Airport and Hotel projects and major leasing.

**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced lawyer to join our Real Estate practice in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Real Estate practice working with an industry recognised partner and their team.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills while undertaking quality work, and being mentored by the partner and senior lawyers.

**What does the role involve?**
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of development sites and built form commercial, industrial and retail assets
- Acting on property developments and projects
- Acting for Airports on terminal projects and Airports leasing
- Acting for Hotel owners on Hotel acquisitions, new build Hotels projects and Hotel leasing
- Acting for landlords and major institutional tenants in relation to their portfolio management of commercial, industrial and retail premises
- Acting on property aspects of infrastructure projects and M&A transactions
- Supporting the group's business development activities

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 2+ years post qualification experience in a full range of property transactions, including development projects, investments, acquisitions, disposals and leasing at a well-respected firm.

You should be practical and proactive in your approach in addition to demonstrating strong problem solving skills and work well in a team. A high level of client service is expected as are excellent organisation, written and oral communication skills.

The successful applicant will have exceptional technical abilities and be commercially minded.
