Real Estate Team

Based in Brisbane and working closely with colleagues nationally, the team offers a supportive, high-performance environment. Position Description

In this role, you will:

  • Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, commercial and retail leasing, and structured property investments.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, development agreements, and ancillary documents.
  • Work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to manage timelines and deliver outcomes.
  • Contribute to team knowledge, mentoring of junior lawyers, and broader business development activities.

Key Requirements

You will be a Lawyer or Associate with:

  • 2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial real estate law, ideally from a top-tier or leading commercial firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of real property transactions, with experience across acquisition, leasing, or development matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A commercial, solutions-focused mindset and strong client service ethic.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
