Overview
Excellent opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join a leading Real Estate practice in Brisbane.
Responsibilities
Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, commercial and retail leasing, and structured property investments.
Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, development agreements, and ancillary documents.
Work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to manage timelines and deliver outcomes.
Contribute to team knowledge, mentoring of junior lawyers, and broader business development activities.
Key Requirements
2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial real estate law, ideally from a top-tier or leading commercial firm.
Strong technical knowledge of real property transactions, with experience across acquisition, leasing, or development matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A commercial, solutions-focused mindset and strong client service ethic.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
