**About the role**:
You will be part of a team that is highly safety focused with a strong track record for delivering great outcomes. You will be surrounded and mentored by seasoned operators ensuring your success within the business. This is a day shift position based at our Chipping Norton site, seeing you working between 6:30 am to 2:30 pm with overtime available if required.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating forklift and manual handling
- Ensuring cleanliness of the yard and operational areas
- Maintenance and operation of machinery such as excavators, skid steers etc
- Championing safety procedures to the highest standard

**About your experience**:
You are someone who values teamwork, safety, continuous improvement and has a strong desire to operate at a fast pace to ensure the team succeeds.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Forklift license is essential
- Experience in driving an excavator and skid steers is desirable
- Scrap recycling, construction, manufacturing, or warehousing industry experience is desirable but not essential
- A continuous learning and can-do mindset
