Lancemore Macedon Ranges Hotel is seeking customer service superstars to deliver outstanding Food and Beverage service to our guests. If you are looking for the next step in your hospitality career or starting out, we would look forward to hearing from you.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver food and beverage service to our Conference, Event and Wedding guests
- Deliver exceptional guest service to all our guests
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role in a restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
- Have a passion for Food and Beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
- A la carte waiter experience will be of great interest.
- Valid RSA certificate
- A desire for service excellence
- A basic understanding of wines and spirits
- A great communicator
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Initiative and be a team player
- Good personal presentation
- Self-motivation, can do attitude
