OverviewThis role is office based from our Perth office.
The key job functions will be to support a busy HR department in all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and ad hoc projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide full administration support to the HR departmentSupport internal and external recruitment processes through the development of job descriptionsCoordinate all new starter administration and onboarding processesProactively monitor probation period reviews and the Company Mentor Programme to ensure all necessary measures are in place and reviewed in a timely mannerUpdate the HR/Payroll system and employee records on a regular basisAd hoc duties as required to assist HR department and as delegated by the HR ManagerAct as a role model for Omexom Company ValuesIdeal candidates will have strong organisational, communication and IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and self-motivation.QualificationsA good standard of educational attainment with a minimum requirement for GCSE passes in English and Maths.Sound IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office package with the ability to quickly learn new skills and become familiar with new software packages.Excellent attention to detail, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and able to relate to staff at all levels.Be able to work under pressure, be a team player and have a high level of self-motivation.Possess the ability to use your initiative to ensure new skills and tasks are picked up easily.This employer is part of the Disability Confident scheme.
