IA prides itself on providing cutting edge diagnostic imaging services with a focus on clinical and patient excellence.We have built a strong reputation for the high-quality imaging service we provide, along with our friendly and welcoming patient-centred approach.The RoleAs we continue our company-wide journey of growth, a full-time opportunity has arisen for an engaging Chief Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) for our Camberwell clinic, to inspire and motivate our clinic team to continue to deliver service excellence.Working closely with the Operations Manager (VIC), our well-respected Clinical Director, and local team, you will be instrumental in strengthening our reputation and creating a 'Centre of Excellence' by supporting the development of our people.What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Chief MIT, Deputy Chief ready for their next stepLeadership qualities with proven experience in motivating and developing othersThe ability to provide high-quality examinations to a broad mix of patients ensuring patient welfare and safety in line with established standardEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationshipsSound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use initiative and independent judgementCommercial acumen with demonstrated awareness of how to optimise workflow and uphold patient quality careRelevant AHPRA and/or ASAR registration and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicableWhat do we offer?
